Cancellation/ Refund Policy

It is especially advised that the customer should study our plans, cancellation/refund policy, terms & conditions before selecting any product/service. All our plans are non-refundable or non-cancellable.

For User:

Once the user has created the Mini Website, they cannot cancel it. If the user deletes his account or digital card, his card amount will not be refunded, even if you create a card for the other person. This is only a digital or virtual service of our website. We will not provide any hard copy of your visiting card.

For Franchise:

Once the customer has created a Mini Website via Franchise Support, they cannot cancel it. Under any circumstances, while creating a Franchise, payment once received cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is only a digital or virtual service of our website.
